Terms of Service
(last update: May 2nd, 2023)

By contacting me with a commission inquiry, the client is agreeing to the following terms:

Payment• payment in EUR via Paypal
• full payment must be paid upfront unless we previously discussed on a partial payment
• once the draft/sketch is started, a 50% refund is possible, further progress will not be refundable
• if I am unable to start the commission, a full refund will be provided

I have the right to• decline the commission
• post the work on my website/portfolio and social media
• stream the process unless NDA has been discussed before

Please don't• edit my work without my consent
• use my work to promote/generate profit with NFT, AI training, blockchain related projects

Art services• if there is a specific artstyle you want me to draw, please provide a reference
• I will send draft sketches and wip during the process and will ask for client validation and feedback
• client can ask up to 3 major revisions during the sketch process
• once the artwork is in finaling step, 2 minor revisions will be allowed

Credits• crediting is required on all social media where my work is used
• for reasons I won't disclose I might ask the client not to be credited for the work provided, please understand
